North Korea recently celebrated its 100 year anniversary of their Great Leader, Kim IL-Sung. What turned out to be an epic birthday party, was also an insight to North Korea as another world. Like most communist countries there's a strange juxtaposition between the old and new. It's almost like this film takes place in another dimension, you don't know if its the past or future.
